Maritza Tschepp

Maritza Tschepp (b. 1957) hailed from Oamaru, and studied fashion design at Wellington Polytechnic in the early-mid 1970s.

She is represented in the Eden Hore collection with her winning entry in the 1977 Benson and Hedges Fashion Awards - Vision of an eccentric angel won both the Gown of the Year and the Supreme award – and three Highly Commended garments from the in women’s daywear and young designer categories.

During her short but prolific design career her labels included Maritza Tschepp, Bosphora, and Kasphora.
